Shipping & Returns

Free shipping for all orders over $80!*

Free shipping via Regular Post - additional charges may apply if you require Registered or Express Post.

What if there is no shipping information upon checkout, or you believe there is an error?

On the rare occasion that this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the error within 24 hours.

What if I'm unsure about which shipping option to choose?

Please ring or email us and we'll be most happy to help!

What if one of my items is entitled to free shipping, but the others are not?

You will be charged for shipping as usual based on the weight of all your items combined.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of paid invoice.
Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Small to Medium-sized Orders: Australia Post
Large/Commercial Orders: Fastway, TNT, other carriers as negotiated

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. This website draws accurate shipping information from the Australia Post server (where Australia Post service is used) to accurately display available delivery options. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost and available choices of shipping will be for your consideration and confirmation.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@biogreencrystals.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

If Bio+Green Crystals sachets appear to have been tampered with, used, cut, or broken intentionally, they cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
